     EagleEye Monitoring has been in operation for 17 years and has provided electronic monitoring services and supervised over 3000 offenders on standard radio frequency (RF) monitors and over 2000 offenders on GPS monitors in Abbeville, Aiken, Anderson, Cherokee, Chesterfield, Darlington, Greenville, Greenwood, Horry, Laurens, Lexington, Oconee, Pickens, Richland, Union and York counties.  The majority of those monitored have been individuals ordered either as a condition of bond or sentenced as an alternative to active incarceration.  In addition, we have monitored over 75 juvenile offenders who have been ordered to the program by the Anderson/Oconee County Juvenile Deferred Prosecution Program. 

     Monitoring staff and office personnel have over 25 years of experience with electronic monitoring, utilizing radio frequency and active GPS systems and over 23 years of experience in law enforcement and offender/caseload management.  Our Staff members have extensive knowledge of the criminal court process which enables us to forge positive working relationships with Judges, Prosecutors, Defense attorneys and other members involved in the court process as well as law enforcement agencies in the area.
